DEPOSIT LIMITS. Choose to set a daily, weekly or monthly limit on the total dollar amount that can be deposited into your STX account.
MAX WAGER LIMITS. Choose to limit your liability by setting the maximum amount of your total open orders or the maximum amount you can place per order.
TIME LIMITS. Choose to limit the amount of time you are able to spend on STX.
LOSS LIMITS. Choose to set a daily, weekly or monthly limit on how much money you can lose in the specified period of time.
If you need a break, you can elect a cool off period on your account for up to 5 years. Once selected, you will be immediately logged off your account and unable to access during the duration selected. If you have an available balance, you can either withdraw prior to selecting a cool off period or you can contact customer support at contactus@on.stxapp.ca.
You may request to be excluded from entering or using the Services for various reasons and may do so at any time by using our player protection features. If you believe you have a gambling problem, or just wish to take an enforced break from gaming, STX gives you the power to choose the duration of time to exclude yourself from playing on the Site. You will be given the option to self-exclude for six months, one year, or five years.
Once you select the duration, your request will be honoured, you will be immediately logged out of the Site, and unable to log in for the duration of the self-exclusion. You will also be removed from any marketing material, incentives, or promotions during the self-exclusion period.
Once the self-exclusion period has expired, you are eligible to log back into your account. If you would like to receive marketing offers and promotions, you will have to opt back in.
If you wish to close your account with STX, please email contactus@on.stxapp.ca from the email address you registered an account with and let us know you wish to close your account.
