What you will do

• Own features end to end on the exchange: design, estimates, development and testing.
• Work with the business owners and your teammates to take features to release.
• Write high-quality, well-tested and well-documented code.
• Dive into an existing codebase, understand its design and find what to improve.
• Share your experience and mentor the team.

What you bring

• 1 to 5 years of software engineering, ideally in Erlang or Elixir.
• 1 to 4 years of Elixir, professionally or through significant open-source work.
• A solid grasp of OTP and Erlang fundamentals.
• Phoenix (including LiveView) and Ecto.
• WebSockets and GraphQL.
• SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and Git.
• Comfortable with agile sprints and Jira, and a startup mindset.
